When purchasing insurance, you are required to provide a fair presentation of the risk. This means you must:
Failure to comply with your duty of disclosure may result in your policy being voided or a claim being rejected. If you are unsure whether something is material, disclose it.
You have the right to cancel your policy within 14 days of the policy start date (or the date you received your policy documents, if later) without giving a reason. If no claims have been made, you will receive a full refund of your premium. After the cooling-off period, cancellation is subject to our cancellation terms (see Section 6).

Fraudulent claims, including exaggerated claims or claims based on deliberately false information, may result in your policy being cancelled, claims being refused, and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
By you: You may cancel your policy at any time by contacting us. After the 14-day cooling-off period, cancellations are subject to a short-period cancellation charge, and a pro-rata refund of the unused premium will be issued, provided no claims have been made during the policy term.
By us: We reserve the right to cancel your policy in limited circumstances, including where: there has been fraud or misrepresentation; you have failed to pay your premium; or we are required to do so by law or regulation. We will provide reasonable notice except in cases of fraud.
